The update of the digital channels of Our Customer, an autonomous and constitutional body whose main objective is to ensure currency stability, will provide a renewed image of the services rendered.
The use of technology has reached all institutions in the country, and this is mainly due to new users, the so-called ‘digital natives’, who are trying to integrate and control their products in a fast, efficient, and safe way.
In this sense, the Body has entrusted VASS with the development and implementation of a new public and intranet portal.
The changes will provide both internal and external users with a better experience, thus improving responsiveness and process efficiency.
VASS’s challenge in this project was to update the Public body’s portal, thus showing off its reliability and commitment, which is essential for the development of the country.
For the development of the project, the first step was to create an intranet which allowed the Body’s workers to improve process efficiency, by means of a user-friendly interface based on the use of agile methodologies.
The next step was to improve the Look&Feel of the public website, migrate the content through Multilanguage functions to the new website, and incorporate indicators in order to value the impact of the experience on users.
