"We know how to solve business problems and create business impact through technology, and it also happens that we are good experts in the Adobe ecosystem." Saber Kasbaoui, Digital Customer Experience lead.
VASS is heading to Las Vegas from April 20–22 for Adobe Summit, and this will be our third consecutive year at the flagship Adobe event. For us, it's never just about the sessions. It's about being in the room where the industry moves: meeting clients, strengthening partnerships, and staying ahead of what's coming next in digital experience.
Our Digital Customer Experience lead Saber Kasbaoui puts it simply:
"It's a good place to do a lot of networking, focus on meeting clients, meeting new partners, and knowing about new technologies."
This year, the topic we're most focused on is AI agentic systems. Adobe introduced early versions last year, and we're expecting this Summit to go much further, new releases, real use cases, and a clearer picture of what these agents actually mean for how brands deliver experiences.
"The hot topic now is AI agentic systems. We are very keen to know more about how they evolved, what the new releases are, and what the use cases look like."
Alongside that, we'll be paying close attention to how AI continues to reshape unified customer experience, connecting data, content, and commerce in a way that's not just technically possible, but operationally real. It's a challenge we work on every day through Adobe Experience Studio.
Adobe Experience Studio is our end-to-end offering built on Adobe Experience Cloud. With over 300 Adobe experts, 100+ certifications, and more than 12 years of partnership with Adobe, we support clients across the full ecosystem, from content supply chain to real-time journey decisioning to connected commerce.
"We know how to solve business problems and create business impact through technology, and it also happens that we are good experts in the Adobe ecosystem."
If you're attending Summit for the first time, our advice is simple: don't skip the keynote, and make sure you stay for the Adobe Sneaks.
"The sneaks part is very interesting. It shows new use cases and things Adobe engineers were working on during the year, it's one of the most honest glimpses into where the platform is heading."
We'll be at Adobe Summit April 20–22. If you want to talk about connecting your content, journeys, and commerce, come find us.
