The challenge

Teleflex needed a fully integrated Field Service Management application that would allow Customer Service Representatives to schedule and monitor service appointments at a customer’s request. The FSM system must be completely integrated with the current SAP ECC backend to provide master data in all applicable areas, including Customer, Products, Pricing etc. The FSM must also allow dispatching of Field Service Representatives to the customer site and have robust mobile device applications for all informational and billing data in the field.

How we did it

VASS furnished a full project team to work closely with the internal Teleflex team to integrate three tenants of SAP Field Service with the existing three tier architecture. The VASS team lead and assisted all process design and system configuration activities and furnished a finished project blueprint. VASS then configured the FSM tenants and performed the necessary integration work to stand up the applications.
