INTEGRATED QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

 

This Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy of VASS (hereinafter, "the Organization") is part of the Integrated Management System (hereinafter, "IMS" or "System"), based on the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and extends to the activities of "Design, development and implementation of web portals, business process support platforms and cybersecurity projects. Web portal development support service. Design, development and implementation of web portals. Creation, integration and management of ecommerce and product sales in Marketplace. SAP consulting services".

The Organization's Integrated Policy, in line with its purpose and context, taking into account the performance of its processes and the nature, magnitude and environmental impacts of its activities, products and services, and led by the Management, is based on the following principles:

  • To make quality and the environment basic elements in the culture of the Organization, involving all the personnel affected by the IMS and providing them with the necessary resources for a better performance of said System.
  • Promote the process approach and risk-based thinking of all those involved in the organization's IMS.
  • To provide a frame of reference for the establishment of quality and environmental objectives.
  • To systematically measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the System so that quality and environmental management is always supported and based on objective data in order to achieve continuous improvement of the System and environmental performance.
  • To extend the scope of the Organization's Integrated Policy guidelines to suppliers, contractors and subcontractors, collaborating with them in the establishment of systems that guarantee compliance with the Organization's requirements.
  • To identify the needs and expectations of the Organization's relevant stakeholders on a regular basis and assess the level of customer satisfaction with the services and activities performed by the Organization.
  • To encourage the participation, involvement and environmental commitment of all people working in or on behalf of the Organization, through appropriate communication, training and awareness-raising.
  • Strictly comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the Organization, including IMS reference standards.
  • Make a commitment to environmental protection, including pollution prevention, reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through carbon footprinting, and alignment of business strategy with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the Global Compact.

Minimize and ultimately eliminate quality and environmental risks arising from the Organization's activity and management through a system of identification/assessment in terms of probability and severity.
