The acquisition reinforces VASS’ positioning in Central Europe through entering the Swiss market and strengthens the partnership with Adobe as one of its main partners in the region.
VASS has entered into an agreement under which VASS will acquire One Inside, an IT consulting firm specializing in Adobe technology integration and implementation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1998 in Sissach, Switzerland, One Inside is an Adobe partner firm that has +10 years of experience in the implementation of award-winning CX projects in the field of Adobe Experience Manager as well as complementing products and applications for many of Switzerland’s largest companies. The firm serves its clients to highest satisfaction from 5 offices and with over 70 expert technology professionals located in Switzerland, Germany and North Macedonia.

With the acquisition of One Inside, VASS enters the Swiss market, the 21st country in which the firm currently operates worldwide and reinforces the group’s positioning in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). By complementing its services and regional coverage the combined entity of One Inside-VASS will be able to service its clients with a comprehensive solutions portfolio on an international basis.

The combination with One Inside is in line with the M&A strategy “VASS@400” carried out by the firm since beginning of 2021, which is backed by the US-based Private Equity Firm One Equity Partners and has led to the acquisitions of CRI Group, a company specializing in the digital transformation of European Union entities; ECENTA, a German consulting firm developing Customer Experience solutions; and Comunytek, a company specializing in advanced systems for wholesale banking and capital markets.

Following the 4th acquisition, the group expects to exceed a total of 260 million euros of sales in 2022, while further diversifying the group’s footprint, ultimately generating more than 45% of sales internationally.
