    Where we have been?

    VASSIT was founded in 2007 and, over the years, has evolved across international markets. Today we turnover 10 million pounds a year. We have grown and evolved constantly throughout the years with the support of over 100 employees.     We do not see our clients as customers but as our partners. As our partners grow, we grow.

    VASSIT has been working in the digital space since its beginnings, and we have worked on several transformational projects:

    Implementing, public-facing websites, intranets, and enterprise-scale integrations.

    We aim to make technology a commodity for our customers. Technology has always been a challenge, but our expertise allows our customers to eliminate this challenge so that together we can focus on solving the problems they face in their business.

    As we step into this new era, we are facing a small transformation ourselves.

    Why are we changing?

    VASSIT is part of an international group. Our headquarters (based in Spain) is unifying operations across the globe, including branches in: South America, North America, and Europe.

    As part of our development plan and unification, we are adopting and launching operations in our new office in Holland, managed from our office in the UK.

    We have also started partnering with Salesforce, to implement customer-centric transformational projects for large enterprises. All of this is happening under a new unified operational model to ensure that all the VASS Group customers receive the same high level of service wherever they are in the world. This also means that we can draw on the right skills and capacity whenever and wherever necessary. We will be able to adopt a broader range of technologies and solutions.

    Accompanying this change, we are unifying our internal structural systems – the systems that manage our people, customers, and operations. This will help us become more transparent, more efficient and more scalable. These are the areas we are looking to develop.

    Where we are heading?

    Our goal is to help our customers solve the problems they are facing in their digital transformation journeys. We want to be their digital partners.

    Some may say that as a company grows and becomes more structured, they may become less agile. We want to achieve our transformation without losing our agility, this is something we have always been proud of. We have always been able to provide our customers with agile responses to solve the problems they are facing in a practical and timely manner. We want to face this challenge by keeping our relationships and services as consistent as they have always been.

    We want to build a robust, scalable company that is going to support our customers through significant digital transformations. We aim to start working with companies that are trying to adopt an innovative digital presence based on cloud platforms and customer-centric operational models. At VASSIT, our work stands out because we operate with our customers focusing on their needs.
